INITIAL FOCUSED PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE EVALUATION or “IFPPE” means a time-limited period during which a Practitioner’s professional performance is evaluated. All initially-granted Clinical Privileges, whether at the time of initial Appointment, Reappointment, or during the term of Appointment, shall be subject to IFPPE.
