Initial Financial Statement definition

Initial Financial Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
Initial Financial Statement means the financial statement of Borrower dated as of December 31, 2009, a copy of which has heretofore been delivered by Borrower to Lender.
Initial Financial Statement means the financial statement of Borrower for the Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2007 and Fiscal Quarter ended June 30, 2008, a copy of which has heretofore been delivered by Borrower to BOTW.
