Initial Entitlement definition

Initial Entitlement means Your Entitlement at the start of the Suite Term as determined by the Meter counts for You and all Participating Affiliates provided on the EUIF.
Initial Entitlement means the amount of entitlement each holder of Shares received following the Merger, being an amount equal to (i) the number of pre-restructuring Shares held by that person divided by 0.875 (7 divided by 8)(such quotient being referred to as "A") or (ii) if such number was not a whole number, the immediately lower whole number of post-restructuring Shares (such number being referred to as "B") and a number of fractions of a seventh of a post-restructuring Arcelor ordinary share equal to seven multiplied by the difference between A and B;
Initial Entitlement means an initial entitlement to IP Entry Capacity as described in section T1.7 and determined in accordance with section T1.8;

Examples of Initial Entitlement in a sentence

  • If City attempts to apply to the Project a Subsequent Entitlement or New Rule which ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ believes to conflict with this Agreement or the other Initial Entitlement, Landowner shall provide to City in writing a notice describing the legal and factual basis for Landowner’s position.

  • On the first anniversary of the Suite Start Date, if You have exceeded the Initial Entitlement, the Approved Source will charge You for the Consumption above the Initial Entitlement through the remainder of the Suite Term.

  • During the Suite Term, Your payment obligation related to the Enterprise-wide Commitment may increase as a result of any of the following: (a) You exceed the Initial Growth Cap (as described in section 5); (b) You exceed the Initial Entitlement or the previous year’s Entitlement subject to a True Forward (as described in section 6); or (c) You purchase an additional Suite (as described in section 9).

  • For clarity, if You exceed the Initial Entitlement but do not exceed the Growth Allowance, You will not incur any True Forward fees.

  • At no time during the Services Suite Term will your payment obligation decrease below the commitment level established by the Initial Entitlement.

  • During the Suite Term, You may Use up to 120% of the Initial Entitlement without incurring any additional fees.

  • If You Use licenses from a premier tier (as reflected in the above tables) that You did not purchase as part of Your Initial Entitlement, the Approved Source may charge You for such Use before the next scheduled True Forward.

  • Six (6) months after the Services Suite Start Date (“Reconciliation Date”), if You have exceeded 105% of the Initial Entitlement listed in Your EUIF (“Allowance Threshold”), the Approved Source will charge You for Services on the Cisco Technology or Devices that exceeds Your Initial Entitlement.

  • For clarity, if You exceed the Initial Entitlement but do not exceed the Growth Allowance, You will not incur any True Forward charges.

  • The following will be substituted in all “True Forward” paragraphs throughout the document, for the paragraph within the “True Forward” that addresses “consumption from a premier tier” “If You Consume licenses from a premier tier (as reflected in the above tables) that You did not purchase as part of Your Initial Entitlement, the Approved Source will negotiate the required modification to adjust Consumption before the next scheduled True Forward.
