Initial Documents definition

Initial Documents means the documents, if any, detailed in PART 4 of the Schedule (if required);
Initial Documents means the Application;
Initial Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Purchaser hereby acknowledges that Seller has not made and does not make any representation or warranty regarding the truth, accuracy or completeness of any of the Initial Documents and/or the Due Diligence Documents or the sources thereof, whether prepared by Seller or third parties.

  • The Initial Documents, together with any and all documents actually made available to Purchaser as set forth immediately above, shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Seller Documents.” Purchaser acknowledges that any and all Seller Documents are provided to Purchaser solely as an accommodation.

Related to Initial Documents

  • Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.

  • Sale Documents means this Agreement, the Fee Agreement, the Exhibits hereto to which the Seller is a party and all other certificates, instruments, agreements and documents executed from time to time by the Seller in connection with the transactions contemplated in this Agreement.

  • Additional Documents has the meaning specified therefor in Section 5.12 of the Agreement.
