Initial Cost Estimate definition

Initial Cost Estimate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Initial Cost Estimate means the Carrier’s P65 Cost estimate of Costs and Expenses as shown in Schedule B;
Initial Cost Estimate means EELP's initial estimate, at a Class V level, as defined by the Enbridge project cost classification system, of all Costs and AFUDC.

Examples of Initial Cost Estimate in a sentence

  • Attached hereto as Appendix D is a good-faith estimate of the initial Interconnection Costs (the "Initial Cost Estimate").

  • Although the Initial Cost Estimate is a separate reporting requirement, a copy of this report shall also be submitted as part of the Actual Cost Report documentation described in paragraph (2) below.

  • If the Initial Cost Estimate is greater than Project Costs Budget, then the UG, at the UG's option, may (i) approve the Initial Cost Estimate in writing; or (ii) elect to value engineer portions of the Project, or eliminate or revise one or more items shown on the Preliminary Plans so as to reduce the Initial Cost Estimate to be within the Project Costs Budget; or (iii) elect to terminate the Agreement.

  • The notifying Party shall advise the other Party of the likely impact of any Changes, including any effect on the associated Initial Cost Estimate or schedule, and the Parties will then negotiate in good faith appropriate modifications to this Agreement and any applicable SOWs. In the event that HTI initiates a Change that increases an Initial Cost Estimate, then the associated Fixed Fee shall be increased accordingly.

  • The Initial Cost Estimate for each such task or Deliverable is as set forth in Appendix C.

  • At such time as the Initial Cost Estimate has been approved, the UG will cause its architect and engineer to prepare the Construction Documents based on the Preliminary Plans.

  • If the Initial Cost Estimate is less than or equal to the original Project Costs Budget, then Manager and the UG will be deemed to have approved the Initial Cost Estimate.

  • For each Service Option, the initial Fixed Toll component shall be based on the Initial Cost Estimate and prorated between Designated Delivery Point locations on a Cubic Metre-kilometre basis, with the exception of Westridge tolls which shall also include 100% of the Costs and Expenses for the Westridge dock.

  • The Open Season Toll Limit and Initial Cost Estimate are also shown in Schedule B.
