Initial Collateral Obligations definition

Initial Collateral Obligations. The meaning specified in the Preamble of this Agreement.
Initial Collateral Obligations means EUR 7,500,000 in principal amount of EUR 2,250,000,000 floating rate notes issued by the Initial Collateral Issuer and due 30th May 2014, with ISIN XS0302633598 listed on the London Stock Exchange;
Initial Collateral Obligations means those Collateral Obligations owned by the Borrower, approved by the Facility Agent and included on the Collateral Obligation Schedule on the Effective Date.

  • On or prior to the Closing Date (with respect to the Initial Collateral Obligations) and within ten (10) Business Days after the related Settlement Date (with respect to any Additional Conveyed Collateral), copies (or originals, if required by the definition of Required Loan Documents) of the Required Loan Documents shall be delivered by the Transferor to the Custodian.
