Initial client contact definition

Initial client contact means the first contact between the social worker and the client. This term does not include client contact that both occurs by telephone and is preliminary to beginning the social worker-client relationship (e.g., contact to determine office hours, methods used, availability). In those instances in which the client is incapable of understanding, disclosure shall be given at the first opportunity such impairment is removed.
Initial client contact. Track shall request, in writing, initial approval of a proposed client from CDK and/or V-Flash which shall be given in writing by CDK and/or V-Flash within five business days of said written request. Within ten business days of receipt of written approval, Track agrees to provide V-Flash, CDK and AMI with evidence of a scheduled meeting date with any Track Client, to take place within sixty days of such approval, concurrent with Track Client being added to Track Client List.

  • Direct contact means the contact of persons with high voltage live parts.

  • Indirect contact means the contact of persons with exposed conductive parts.

  • Customer Contact means the individual(s), whether a contract manager, category consultant or otherwise, who are to act for the Customer as the day to day point of contact for communications from the Contractor to the Customer in relation to the Contract, being the individual(s) identified in Section 2 of the Contract Schedule or otherwise notified to the Contractor from time to time;

  • Designated Contact means, the designated contact for the Bank in the Jurisdiction, as set out in Annex I of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time);

  • Authorized Contact is a representative authorized by Customer to request service changes using procedure outlined herein.
