Initial Capital Deployment Threshold definition
Initial Capital Deployment Threshold means the earlier of (i) the first date as of which the General Partner has made Commitment Calls under Initial Subscription Commitments for, or (subject to complying with the Initial Investment Period Call Limitation) reserved for future Commitment Calls under Initial Subscription Commitments for, use by the Fund in acquiring Farmland Investments or for other specific Fund uses (including without limitation the payment of Investment Manager Compensation and other expenditures as provided in Section 3.6), an aggregate amount equal to eighty percent (80%) of the sum of the cash callable under all Initial Subscription Commitments or (ii) the date the Initial Investment Period expires.
