Initial Capital Amount definition

Initial Capital Amount means an amount equal to the value of the Initial Founder Assets, which amount shall be confirmed by Founder in accordance with that certain Distribution Agreement dated as of the Effective Date, by and between Lennar Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and the Company, and thereafter set forth in the books and records of the Company.
