Initial Billing Term definition

Initial Billing Term means the period of time starting on the Billing Commencement Date and continuing through the number of months identified as the Initial Billing Term as set forth on Attachment A. plus the period of time between (he Billing Commencement Dale and the first day of the full month following the Billing Commencement Date, unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

Examples of Initial Billing Term in a sentence

  • Subject to automatic renewal as described in Section 4 and unless otherwise provided in the Additional Terms, (i) the Initial Billing Term for a Print Ad is the period we provide such product, and (ii) the Initial Billing Term for Digital Ads and/or Services is 12 months or such other period as is set forth in the order section of this Agreement.

  • Closerware charges and collects in advance for the Initial Billing Term.

Related to Initial Billing Term

  • Remaining Term means the remaining period in the term of this Agreement had the Agreement not been terminated (rounded to nearest month), up to a maximum of twenty (20) years.

  • Offering Termination Date means the last day of each March, June, September and December following an Offering Commencement Date, or such other Offering Termination Date established in connection with a Terminating Event.
