Initial Bid Price definition
Initial Bid Price means [Insert figure in words from the Tenant’s bid] Pounds (£ [insert same figure in numbers]) per square foot; Landlord's Solicitors means HP Public Law of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇) or such other firm as the Landlord may nominate by notice in writing to the Tenant or the Tenant's Solicitors for the purposes of this Agreement.
Initial Bid Price means the closing bid price as of the Trading Day immediately prior to the date of this Agreement.
