Initial Bid Price definition

Initial Bid Price means [Insert figure in words from the Tenant’s bid] Pounds (£ [insert same figure in numbers]) per square foot; Landlord's Solicitors means HP Public Law of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇) or such other firm as the Landlord may nominate by notice in writing to the Tenant or the Tenant's Solicitors for the purposes of this Agreement.
