Initial Apportionment definition

Initial Apportionment for each Partner shall mean (i) in the case of 1992 Air, 1%, (ii) in the case of Air II, 0.1%, and (iii) in the case of each Limited Partner, the percentage amount set forth opposite such Limited Partner's name on such Partner's Limited Partner Signature Page.
