Initial Application Fee definition

Initial Application Fee means all fees related to an application. These include, but are not limited to, a Non-refundable Processing Fee, Initial Evaluation Fee, Air Contaminant Emissions Fee, and if applicable, an Additional Engineering Evaluation Fee and/or Source Test Fee.

Examples of Initial Application Fee in a sentence

  • If the modification requires capital expenditure, an Initial Application Fee shall apply.

  • If other modifications are requested, in addition to the placement of a Direct Connect, either an Initial Application Fee or a Subsequent Application Fee will apply, pursuant to Section 6.2 below.
