Initial Allocation Date definition

Initial Allocation Date means the date on which the Board of Directors grants Bonus Share allocations and is the starting date of the Vesting Period.
Initial Allocation Date means, with respect to any Performance Period, the date on which the Committee first determines to make awards to Participants pursuant to the terms of the Plan.
Initial Allocation Date means the effective date of the assignment of Commitments (and related rights and obligations under this Agreement) pursuant to the Initial Allocation and the date on which the borrowing of the Initial Allocation Date Loan occurs, which is expected to be not more than ten (10) Business Days after the Closing Date (or such other practicable time as reasonably agreed by the Required Financing Commitment Parties, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower).

Examples of Initial Allocation Date in a sentence

  • On the Initial Allocation Date, amounts in the Money Market Division will be allocated in accordance with the application.

  • Any net unscheduled additional premium received prior to the Initial Allocation Date will be allocated to the Money Market Division on the later of the Policy Date and the date the Company receives the premium.

  • On or after the Initial Allocation Date, the Owner may transfer the amounts invested in any of the Divisions.

  • Net Premium payments received after the In Force Date but prior to the Initial Allocation Date are transferred to the Separate Account upon receipt in the Home Office if received on a Valuation Date, but if not received on a Valuation Date then the transfer will occur on the next Valuation Date.

  • The initial net premium and any additional net premiums received prior to the Initial Allocation Date will be allocated to the Money Market Division on the date the premiums are received in the Home Office.

  • On or after the Initial Allocation Date, the Owner may transfer the assets (other than policy debt) invested for this policy to any of the Divisions, as long as these assets, following the transfer, are allocated among not more than the maximum number of Divisions for allocation shown on page 7.

  • On and after the Initial Allocation Date, Net Premium payments are allocated to the Divisions of the Separate Account and/or the NM Strength and Stability Account based on the Owner’s instructions then in effect subject to the limitations as described in Section 4.5. The Initial Allocation Date is shown on the Policy Schedule Pages (page 7).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, unless the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall otherwise agree, the initial Interest Period of any Initial Allocation Date Loan or Final Order Loan that is a Eurodollar Loan (if any) shall commence on the Initial Allocation Date or the Full Availability Date, as applicable, and shall end on the last day of the then-current Interest Period for the Interim Order Loan or Initial Loan, respectively, that is a Eurodollar Loan then outstanding (if any).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, once funded the Interim Order Loan, the Initial Allocation Date Loan and the Final Order Loan shall constitute a single class of Loans.
