INGEOMINAS means the Guarantor’s Instituto Colombiano de Geología y Minería and any successor entity of the Guarantor authorized by the Guarantor’s Ministry of Mines and Energy (Ministrio de Minas y Energía) pursuant to the Guarantor’s Resolution No. 180074 of January 27, 2004, to calculate, collect and transfer any royalties (regalías) or other monetary compensation related to the extraction of coal in the Guarantor’s territory.
