Ingenix Databases definition

Ingenix Databases means the Prevailing Healthcare Charges System Database (“PHCS”) and/or the MDR Payment System, including all releases and modules of these databases.
Ingenix Databases means the PHCS and/or the MDR Database.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.
