Ingenico means Ingenico (UK) Limited.
Ingenico means, collectively, Ingenico S.A., a société anonyme incorporated and operating under the laws of the Republic of France, and, unless the context expressly states or otherwise requires, its officers, directors, agents, Subsidiaries and Affiliates.
Ingenico has proprietary software in the form of a Software Development Kit (SDK) that the City of Minneapolis needs to use in order to communicate with their credit card hardware. Information Technology requests:

Examples of Ingenico in a sentence

  • All actions, regardless of form, arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Products sold hereunder must be brought against Ingenico within the applicable statutory period, but in no event more than one (1) year after the date of delivery.

  • Ingenico shall be under no obligation to perform any acceptance test procedures and the date of Buyer’s acceptance of the Products shall be the date Ingenico delivered the Products to a common carrier.

  • While Ingenico shall make reasonable efforts to meet any acknowledged delivery date, these delivery dates remain estimates and Ingenico shall not be liable to Buyer for its failure to meet any such delivery dates.

  • The Ingenico 6770, a picture of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, is a POS Pinpad with a Tactually Discernable Keypad within the meaning of this section.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Ingenico may engage subcontractors to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • For repair and other services provided by Ingenico to Buyer, Ingenico warrants to Buyer, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of Ingenico’s provision of such services (the “Service Warranty Period”), that all repair and other services shall have been performed in a workmanlike manner.

  • Ingenico shall have no obligation to warrant to, service or support Buyer until Ingenico has received full payment for the applicable Products.

  • Any Products not manufactured by Ingenico are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Parties agree that any and all claims and causes of action shall be tried by the court without a jury. Each Party hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia (Fulton County) or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and waives any objection to venue with respect to the actions brought in those courts with respect to any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
