INGENCO definition

INGENCO means Industrial Power Generating Corporation, certified to do business in Virginia and its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, and parents.
INGENCO has the meaning indicated on the first page of this Agreement.
INGENCO means Interests of NextGen Power Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Examples of INGENCO in a sentence

  • Contractor shall have no further claim against INGENCO on account of such termination.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, INGENCO assumes no obligation to review, monitor or approve the training or qualifications of any Contractor employee, and it remains the Contractor’s responsibility to insure that all of its employees are trained and qualified for the work to which they are assigned at the INGENCO premises.

  • All Contractor personnel shall report to their appropriate supervisor upon arrival at a INGENCO work location.

  • Additional personal protective equipment requirements may also be specified by INGENCO Facility Management.

  • While INGENCO commits considerable resources to promote and maintain a safe working environment and protect workers from injury, a portion of the responsibility for safety lies in the hands of each individual, and contractors must take full responsibility for ensuring the safety of their employees and others who might be affected by the work.

  • All manufacturer’s warranties and remedies applicable to Products shall be assigned and transferred by Contractor to INGENCO and Contractor agrees to fully assist and cooperate with INGENCO in the enforcement of such warranties; provided, however, no such warranty shall in any way relieve Contractor from its obligations to INGENCO with regard to any warranty under this Section 12.

  • Contractor agrees to provide INGENCO with any and all relevant information and documentation related to any such notice of lien or notice of intent to file lien.

  • DGPC means Druk Green Power Corporation Limited including its successors and permitted assigns;

  • AE means any untoward medical occurrence in a Human Subject administered Test Article. An AE does not necessarily have a causal relationship with the Test Article, that is, it can be any unfavorable and unintended sign (including an abnormal laboratory finding), symptom, or disease temporally associated with the use of the Test Article, whether or not it is related to it.
