INGD definition
INGD means the Instituto Nacional de Gestão e Redução do Risco de Desastres, the Recipient’s national institute for disaster risk management, established pursuant to the Recipient’s Presidential Decree number 41/2020, dated December 28, 2020, or any successor thereto.
