Infrastructure Vendor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may disclose Indicators of Compromise to its third-party infrastructure provider(s) (each an "Infrastructure Vendor") to the extent such disclosure is necessary for the Infrastructure Vendor to provide services to You.

Related to Infrastructure Vendor

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.
