Infrastructure System definition

Infrastructure System means server running an operating system supported by Service Provider;
Infrastructure System means related and integrated components of Infrastructure for transportation, energy, telecommunications, farmland retention, water supply, wastewater disposal, stormwater management, shore protection, open space and recreation, recreation facilities, solid waste management, public health care, public education, higher education, arts, historic resources, public safety, justice, corrections, public administration, and public housing.
Infrastructure System is the virtual computing resource (hypervisor and storage) and network provided by GMO related to GMO’s provision of Services.

  • The Borrower covenants and agrees that it shall maintain its Environmental Infrastructure System in good repair, working order and operating condition, and make all necessary and proper repairs and improvements with respect thereto.

  • A quality Infrastructure System (QIS) consists of a dynamic equilibrium of activities by public institutions, operators and users, and the interactions among these, which enable a country to achieve quality objectives.
