Infrastructure Programs means Canada’s infrastructure programs in existence at the time of the execution of this Agreement, including the Canada Strategic Infrastructure Fund, the Border Infrastructure Fund, the Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund and the Infrastructure Canada Program.
Infrastructure Programs. PRDOH may combine funding from FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) with CDBG-DR funds to complete resilience projects in the future. Using a Global Match, the non-federal share for FEMA-4339-DR projects, under Categories C to G (as defined by the FEMA Public Assistance Program), does not need to be 10%, as long as the combined value of all eligible projects submitted equals or exceeds 10% for the overall disaster. The PRDOH will work closely with FEMA and COR3 while both agencies develop and complete the corresponding project worksheets. Evidence of compliance with environmental reviews will be required for all infrastructure projects performed islandwide under this program category.

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.
