Infrastructure Platform. (i) your own servers and platforms and/or (ii) the separate servers and platforms of a third party (the “Infrastructure Provider”) on which you store Services Data pursuant to a separate agreement (the "Infrastructure Agreement") between you and the Infrastructure Provider.

  • In the final Annual Plan for the Science Infrastructure Platform, the Contractor will provide the Ministry with a transition plan for each Database and Collection to ensure that these will be sustainably maintained, managed and made available in accordance with Clause 4.26 beyond the term of this Contract.
