Infrastructure Items definition

Infrastructure Items means the Towers and Roof Tops jointly.
Infrastructure Items means, specifically and altogether, the telecommunication infrastructure sites (including, therefore, Outdoor Sites and Indoor Sites) specified in Exhibit B, which are comprised of the set including a Tower and/or Roof Top. For the avoidance of doubt, the definition of Infrastructure Items expressly excludes any and all Operator Equipment, but includes Site Equipment.
Infrastructure Items means the infrastructure sites (including greenfield sites) described in Exhibit 1, which are comprised of the set including a Tower and/or Roof Top.

Examples of Infrastructure Items in a sentence

  • All Grant-Funded Infrastructure Items per grant application and approval from California State Library to include the following: • Furnish and Install a Fire Sprinkler System.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, “commence construction” or variations thereof means the initiation of physical construction activities on the Property, including, but not limited to, site preparation, surveying, clearing, demolishing, grading, trenching, compacting, paving, conduits, or installing any Backbone Infrastructure Items for a Phase, or any other tangible steps towards the construction of the Backbone Infrastructure for a Phase.

  • Prior to any Auction, City may file with ASLD an application for a right of entry and temporary construction easement (a “Right of Entry”) associated with a mid-term access/utilities right of way (a “Right of Way”) for portions of the Master Property to construct and install Backbone Infrastructure Items pursuant to the approved Phasing Plan and improvement plans and specifications approved by the City in its municipal capacity.
