Infrastructure Installation has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10.

  • Purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, or other approvals necessary for the Infrastructure Installation.

Infrastructure Installation. The Infrastructure Installation shall be completed in a commercially reasonable and workmanlike manner and shall comply with the requirements of all local, state, and federal governmental authorities and quasi-governmental authorities, including with respect to materials and installation. Purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, or other approvals necessary for the Infrastructure Installation. Seller shall reasonably cooperate with Purchaser to obtain the necessary permits, licenses, or other approvals. Purchaser shall provide proof of receipt of approvals and permits to Seller upon request.

  • fire installation means a potable water installation that conveys water intended for fire-fighting purposes only;

  • Removable Installations means any items listed on Exhibit F attached hereto and any items agreed by Landlord in writing to be included on Exhibit F in the future, (y) “Tenant’s Property” means Removable Installations and, other than Installations, any personal property or equipment of Tenant that may be removed without material damage to the Premises, and (z) “Installations” means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Nuclear installation means (a) anything defined as a ‘Nuclear Installation’ in the Paris Convention (Convention on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy of 29th July 1960, as subsequently amended) or the Vienna Convention (Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage); (b) any vessel or means of transport incorporating a nuclear reactor; or (c) any other facility or site containing a nuclear reactor or storing or handling any nuclear fuel or waste.
