Infrastructure Fees definition

Infrastructure Fees means the fees payable by NAPOCOR to HOPEWELL in respect of the recovery of HOPEWELL’s capital costs and debt service incurred in relation to relevant infrastructure x x x.
Infrastructure Fees means fees paid by DEVELOPER to COMMISSION for such infrastructure improvements necessary to support the planned growth for the future or existing infrastructure to meet needs to serve multiple developments of differing size, use, and scope. COMMISSION shall use all or a portion of such escrowed monies at any time for said utility infrastructure improvements as deemed necessary by said COMMISSION. Infrastructure Fees shall be due and payable on or before the execution of this AGREEMENT and prior to signing off on any permit applications.
Infrastructure Fees means the fees payable by NPC to CEPA in respect of the recovery of CEPA's capital costs and debt service and operating expenses incurred in relation to relevant Infrastructure as provided in Article 7;

  • In respect of each Month HOPEWELL PHILIPPINES/HOPEWELL will deliver to NAPOCOR an invoice in respect of Capital Recovery Fees, Fixed Operating Fees, Service Fees, Infrastructure Fees and Energy Fees for such Month and NAPOCOR shall pay to HOPEWELL PHILIPPINES/HOPEWELL the amount of such invoice within 30 days after the delivery of such invoice.

  • Developer agrees that the tax abatement is on a "pay as you go" basis (that is, payments are retained by the City as a credit against the Infrastructure Fees only if, when, and to the extent to which they are received by City), and City is providing no guarantee that any amount of tax abatement will be credited against the Infrastructure Fees.

  • The City shall begin retaining tax abatement as a credit against the Infrastructure Fees with respect to property taxes payable in the year 2015.

  • The Base Tuition Fee does not include, and the commission rate will not be calculated on, Student Fees, Infrastructure Fees, or any additional supply or ancillary fees.
