Developer agrees that the tax abatement is on a "pay as you go" basis (that is, payments are retained by the City as a credit against the Infrastructure Fees only if, when, and to the extent to which they are received by City), and City is providing no guarantee that any amount of tax abatement will be credited against the Infrastructure Fees.
The City shall begin retaining tax abatement as a credit against the Infrastructure Fees with respect to property taxes payable in the year 2015.
The Base Tuition Fee does not include, and the commission rate will not be calculated on, Student Fees, Infrastructure Fees, or any additional supply or ancillary fees.
