Informing Party definition
Informing Party has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 1.2 of Part B (Other post-Completion Matters) of Schedule 2 (Continuing Cosmos SHA Provisions and Post-Completion Matters);
Informing Party has the meaning given to it in Section 7.4(b).

Examples of Informing Party in a sentence
The Receiving Party shall be obligated to enforce its obligations under this Paragraph 7.04 against all Persons to whom it discloses Confidential Information and shall be responsible and liable to the Informing Party for any disclosure of Confidential Information by such Persons in violation of such restrictions and obligations.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in no event shall the Receiving Party use any Confidential Information of the Informing Party, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of competing against or soliciting the customers of the Informing Party.
