Informed decision means a decision by a qualified patient to request and obtain a prescription for medication that the qualified patient may self-administer to end the qualified patient's life in a humane and dignified manner that is based on an appreciation of the relevant facts and that is made after being fully informed by the attending physician of:
Notice of Dissent means a notice of dissent duly and validly given by a registered holder of Aphria Shares exercising Dissent Rights as contemplated in the Interim Order and as described in Article 4;
Hearing aid means an instrument or device designed for regular and constant use in or proximate to the human ear and represented as aiding or improving defective human hearing.
Dissenter means a shareholder who, being entitled to do so, sends written notice of dissent when and as required by section 242;
