Informative Materials definition

Informative Materials means all advertisements, publicity, or promotions, of whatsoever nature in respect of the Said Land and/or the Project, in any media, including print, and/or electronic, and/or digital media, and includes writings, brochures, leaflets, pamphlets, handouts, presentations, advertisements, oral or written representations, made and/or published, and/or generated by, or on behalf of, the Promoter, and any other such information or materials as may be made, or published by, or on behalf of the Promoter; and includes publicity reports and includes the show/ sample of Unit with fixtures, fittings and amenities etc. provided therein.

Examples of Informative Materials in a sentence

  • The Allottee(s) is fully and completely informed and aware that all Informative Materials, and/or all matters related or incidental thereto, have been, and always will be, merely for the sake of convenience, whereby the terms, conditions, and provisions of this Agreement shall solely and exclusively apply and control.

  • Licensee may make copies of the Informative Materials and distribute the same internally solely for Licensee’s development and dissemination of the New Works and for informative reference in the implementation of the same.
