Prepricing Information means information relating to the price, pricing speed, benchmark and status of the Notes and the offering thereof;
Drawings means the drawings prepared by the Architects and issued by the Engineer and referred to in the specifications and any modifications of such drawings as may be issued by the Engineer from time to time ‘Contract value shall mean value of the entire work as stipulated in the letter of acceptance of tender subject such additions there to or deductions there from as may be made under the provide herein after contained.
Listing Information means an Onvoy Customer’s primary name, address (including city, state and zip code), telephone number(s), the delivery address and number of directories to be delivered, and, in the case of a business Customer, the primary business heading under which the business Customer desires to be placed, and any other information Frontier deems necessary for the publication and delivery of directories.
Installation Information for a User Product means any methods, procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from a modified version of its Corresponding Source. The information must suffice to ensure that the continued functioning of the modified object code is in no case prevented or interfered with solely because modification has been made.
Pricing Information means the information relating to (i) the number of Shares issued and (ii) the offering price of the Shares included on the cover page of the Prospectus.
