Informational Purposes. The session must be approved by the building principal and superintendent. The building principal has the authority to place the qualified and willing teacher. The principal may place a 2nd qualified and willing teacher if student attendance exceeds fifteen (15) pupils.   • Information owner means the individual appointed in accordance with division (A) of section 1347.05 of the Revised Code to be directly responsible for a system.
