Operational Messages. There are three kinds - departure, arrival, and advisory. Addressees should be the next intended landing site operation center, the appropriate contractor, and the AMC TACC.

The four Agency Messaging types are: (i) Agency Alert Messages; (ii) Agency Real-Time Messages; (iii) Agency Operational Messages; and (iv) Other Agency Messages.
Note: Any applicable external connectivity costs or hardware pertaining to the FTP Connectivity for Operational Messages are the responsibility of Customer.
OUTFRONT is currently developing a web-based portal which allows for Transit Authorities to directly create, edit, and distribute their own customer Agency Operational Messages and Other Agency Messages.
