Information Vendor definition

Information Vendor means a company carrying on business as an information vendor and having entered into an Information Services Licence Agreement with Bursa Malaysia Information Services and/or Bursa Malaysia Derivatives
Information Vendor means a company carrying on business as an information vendor and having entered into an Information Services Licence Agreement with Bursa Malaysia Information Services and/or Bursa Malaysia Derivatives “Independent Software Vendor” means an independent software vendor that has been approved by Bursa Malaysia to provide services to market participants to enable them to access Bursa Malaysia’s trading system.

  • In the event the Board elects to have Vendor destroy the Confidential Information, Vendor shall provide an affidavit attesting to such destruction.

  • Upon receipt of a request from the Board to correct a factual inaccuracy(ies) contained in a student’s Covered Information, Vendor shall correct the identified factual inaccuracy(ies) within seven (7) calendar days of receiving such request.

  • At least 30 days before destruction of any Customer Information, Vendor shall provide Customer with written notice of Vendor’s intent to destroy Customer Information.

  • Section 1.704-1(b) and any inconsistency between the provisions of this Section 3.01 and such regulation shall be resolved in favor of the regulation.

  • At least ten (10) business days before destruction of any Protected Information, Vendor shall provide Customer with written notice of Vendor’s intent to destroy it.

  • Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.

  • Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • State Confidential Information means any and all State Records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall include, but is not limited to, PII, PHI, PCI, Tax Information, CJI, and State personnel records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall not include information or data concerning individuals that is not deemed confidential but nevertheless belongs to the State, which has been communicated, furnished, or disclosed by the State to Contractor which (i) is subject to disclosure pursuant to CORA; (ii) is already known to Contractor without restrictions at the time of its disclosure to Contractor; (iii) is or subsequently becomes publicly available without breach of any obligation owed by Contractor to the State; (iv) is disclosed to Contractor, without confidentiality obligations, by a third party who has the right to disclose such information; or (v) was independently developed without reliance on any State Confidential Information.
