Information Utilities definition

Information Utilities means an information collection body constituted under the provisions of the IBC.
Information Utilities means the information collection body to be constituted pursuant to the provisions of the Insolvency Code.

  • NeSL is an Information Utility (“IU”) registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (“IBBI”) having Registration No. IBBI/IU/01 and is governed by the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “IBC”) and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Information Utilities) Regulations, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as “IU Regulations”).

Information Utilities. Means an information collection body to be constituted under the provisions of IBC; “Lease Documents” Means the lease deed agreements and such other documents executed between Borrower and th ird parties for the purpose of leasing/renting/licensing the units in the Property, and shall include such agreements as maybe entered into with new Lessees from time to time;
