Information Supplied. To the best of the knowledge of the Vendor all information contained in any written documentation or communication supplied by or on behalf the Vendor to the Purchaser in the course of the Purchaser's due diligence investigation or in discussions or negotiations leading to the signing of this Agreement, including advice, answers to questions, information, books and papers given or shown to the Purchaser and/or any of its employees or representatives by or on behalf of the Vendor is accurate and not misleading in its context whether by omission or otherwise. The Vendor is not aware of any fact or matter not disclosed to the Purchaser which renders any such information untrue, incorrect or misleading.
Information Supplied. All written information which has been given or authorised to be given by any of the Vendors or the Directors or Secretary or any of the officials of the Company or by any of the officials of the Company or by any professional advisers of the Vendors or the Company to the Purchaser or to any of its directors officials agents or professional advisers in the course of the negotiations leading to this Agreement was when given and will at Completion be true complete and accurate in all respects and the Vendors are not aware of any other fact or matter which renders or might upon its disclosure render any such information misleading.
