Information Sharing Protocols means all or any of the protocols adopted and agreed by the Partners from time to time which provide a framework for the secure and confidential sharing of information between the Partners and the Secondees “Integrated Management” means the way in which the Trust will arrange and be responsible for the management of teams comprising both seconded social work staff and mental health care staff directly employed by the Trust, working together to provide integrated adult mental health and social care in accordance with the Services and the Service Specification; the manager of a particular team may be either a Secondee or a member of staff employed directly by the Trust.
