Information Reporting Regime definition

Information Reporting Regime means (i) the common standard on reporting and due diligence for financial account information developed by the Organisation for Economic Co- operation and Development, bilateral and multilateral competent authority agreements, and treaties facilitating the implementation thereof, and any law implementing any such common standard, competent authority agreement, intergovernmental agreement, or treaty, (ii) Council Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation and any law implementing such Council Directive and (iii) FATCA.
Information Reporting Regime means FATCA and any (ii) legislation, treaty, agreement, regulations or guidance entered into or enacted or promulgated by any jurisdiction or international organization which seeks to implement reporting and/or withholding tax regimes (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Common Reporting Standard on Reporting and Due Diligence for Financial Account Information published by the OECD and the Information Directive, as amended and any regulation or law relating to, implementing or having similar effect in any relevant jurisdiction), (ii) other intergovernmental agreement between any jurisdictions concerning the collection and sharing of information, (iii) legislation, treaty, agreement, regulations, forms, instructions or guidance entered into or enacted or promulgated by any jurisdiction or international organization implementing country-by. country reporting in response to Action 13 of the OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting Action Plan, and (iv) current legislation, regulations or guidance promulgated by or between any jurisdiction or jurisdictions or international organizations (including, without limitation, the OECD) relating to or giving rise to or effect to any item described in clause (i), (ii) or (iii).
Information Reporting Regime means the Common Reporting Standard, the Directive on Administrative Cooperation and FATCA.

  • OP Unit Holder hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Operating Partnership and its partners or other owners against any such withholding taxes or any other penalties that may arise as a result of action or inaction by OP Unit Holder not being in compliance with this Agreement or the Investor Questionnaire in connection with any Tax Information Reporting Regime.

Information Reporting Regime means the Common Reporting Standard, the Directive on Administrative Cooperation, FATCA, and the UK Intergovernmental Agreements;
Information Reporting Regime means (i) Common Reporting Standard developed by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, bilateral and multilateral competent authority agreements, and treaties facilitating the implementation thereof, and any law implementing any such common standard, competent authority agreement, intergovernmental agreement, or treaty, (ii) Master/Local File and Country-by-Country Reporting, (iii) Council Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation and any law implementing such Council Directive (iv) FATCA, (v) any other tax reporting and/or withholding tax regimes similar to that described in clauses (i) to (iv), and (vi) in each case, similar or successor agreements, treaties, laws, provisions, regulations or other guidance.
Information Reporting Regime means CRS, DAC, FATCA and any: (i) legislation, treaty, agreement, regulations or guidance entered into or enacted or promulgated by any jurisdiction or international organization which seeks to implement the foregoing or similar reporting and/or withholding tax regimes; (ii) other intergovernmental agreement between any jurisdictions concerning the collection and sharing of information; and (iii) current or future legislation, regulations or guidance promulgated by or between any jurisdiction or jurisdictions or international organizations (including, without limitation, the OECD) relating to or giving rise to or effect to any item described in clauses (i) or (ii) of this definition;
