Information Plan definition

Information Plan means a detailed description of the Distributor’s intended use of the Information, including, without limitation, Distributor’s intent to manipulate, process, store, transmit, reproduce and display the Information, and the persons to whom such Information will be made available, as and to the extent approved by OTC Markets Group.
