Information Incident definition

Information Incident means a situation where it appears to OFCOM that there is a serious or systemic dissemination of harmful misinformation or disinformation relating to a particular event or situation.”
Information Incident means unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, alteration or disposal of Personal Information or records containing Personal Information; or unauthorized access to facilities or equipment containing Personal Information.
