  • When the Personal Information Subject requests to exercise the above-mentioned rights regarding their Personal Information that has been transferred abroad, the Personal Information Subject may request the Personal Information Handler to take appropriate measures for the realization of those rights, or directly make the request to the Foreign Recipient.

  • The Third Party shall implement safeguards and procedures to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of SSI, and shall designate a responsible managing employee or responsible managing officer as its Security Sensitive Information Handler (“SSIH”) who shall ensure that all safeguards are maintained.
