Infonet definition

Infonet means Infonet Services Corporation and any successor by merger, consolidation, purchase or otherwise.

Infonet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1;
Infonet means, collectively, (i) ISC, (ii) each current or future corporation or entity owned or under the common control of ISC, (iii) any of ISC's current or future subsidiaries, and (iv) any current or future corporate entity (or subsidiary thereof) whose primary business is to conduct data communications or other related activities, and such entity has entered into a legal relationship with ISC or any of its affiliates whereby such corporation has the right to conduct business under the trademark and tradename of "Infonet", which entities, as of the date of this Agreement, are listed in Exhibit B, as it may be amended from time to time by ISC upon notice to Unisource and consent of Unisource which will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
