Info Comm Fee definition
Info Comm Fee means the license fee of $500,000 due upon exercise of the "option to expand license" prior to the Closing Date pursuant to the Software License and Maintenance Agreement dated December 12, 1997 between Mark ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (▇▇fo Comm) and Company, as amended on the date hereof, of which (i) $475,000 shall be paid as a Company Transaction Fee and (ii) $25,000 shall be paid as restricted shares of Company Common Stock pursuant to Section 6.19 hereof.
