Influencers definition

Influencers means influencers and celebrities who are profiled in Centaur’s Influencer Intelligence product;
Influencers on platforms such as Instagram; and/or
Influencers has the meaning set forth in the recitals. “Influencers Shares” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. “Influencers Options” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

  • Alcohol means the intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol, or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Stakeholders means the company’s employees, the employees of its subsidiaries, and other individuals, groups, communities or entities whose rights or interests are or could be affected by the products, services and operations of that company, its subsidiaries and its business relationships;

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.
