Inflationary factor definition

Inflationary factor is defined as the average year-over-year price increase of the applicable category for the impacted drug. “Anchor Date Rebate” is defined as the Rebate for an impacted drug within the 7-day period preceding the change in price of such drug. “New Rebate” is defined as the Rebate for an impacted drug within the 90-day period following the change in price of such drug. Payment will be made to Rx Solutions via ACH transfer.
Inflationary factor means the percentage calculated pursuant to 20-9-326, not to exceed 3% and subject to final determination by the legislature as specified in the appropriations act appropriating funds to the community colleges for each biennium.

Examples of Inflationary factor in a sentence

  • Salaries shall be increased for 2024-25, by the Inflationary Factor set by the legislature (3.7%), but administrators will have four (4) furlough days.

  • For 2026-27, salaries will be increased by the Inflationary Factor set by the legislature plus 1.5%.

  • For 2025-26, salaries will be increased by the Inflationary Factor set by the legislature plus .5%.

  • Subject to the conditions set forth herein, ESI shall pay RxSolutions the guaranteed amounts set forth above reduced by the aggregate difference between the Anchor Date Rebate (defined herein) plus an Inflationary Factor (defined herein), and the New Rebate (defined herein), for the drugs impacted by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, during each calendar quarter hereunder within approximately ninety (90) days following the end of such calendar quarter.
