Inflatable advertising device definition

Inflatable advertising device means an advertising device that is inflated by some means and used to attract attention, advertise, promote, market or display goods and/or services. These devices include large single displays or a display of smaller balloons connected in some fashion to create a larger display.
Inflatable advertising device means any device of any size and shape, inflated by air, hot air, gas, or any other substance, and is attached to the ground or anything on the ground, and is used to advertise any event, product, or service. (Ord. 1039 §3, 2002)

  • Advertising device means any device or object erected or located so as to attract public attention to any goods or services or facilities or events and includes flags, banners, pennants and lights;

  • Targeted Advertising means presenting an advertisement to a student where the selection of the advertisement is based on Student Data or inferred over time from the usage of the operator's Internet web site, online service or mobile application by such student or the retention of such student's online activities or requests over time for the purpose of targeting subsequent advertisements. "Targeted advertising" does not include any advertising to a student on an Internet web site based on the content of the web page or in response to a student's response or request for information or feedback.

  • Outdoor advertising means the act or process of notifying, warning, informing, making known or any other act of transferring information in a visible manner and which takes place out of doors;

  • General Advertising means “general solicitation” and “general advertising”, respectively, as used under Rule 502(c) of Regulation D, including, without limitation, advertisements, articles, notices or other communications published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or the internet or broadcast over radio or television or the internet, or any seminar or meeting whose attendees had been invited by general solicitation or general advertising;

  • advertising structure means any screen, fence, wall or other physical structure or object erected to display an advertisement or which is in itself an advertisement or used to display an advertisement.
