Infinity Stock definition
Infinity Stock means the Class A common stock of Infinity Broadcasting Corporation, or any other common stock which Infinity Broadcasting Corporation is authorized to issue at the time with respect to which such a term is used.
Infinity Stock means Class A Common Stock, par value $.002 per share, of Buyer hereof.

The issuance of Infinity Stock under this Agreement will not be subject to any preemptive or similar rights.
