INFILLING definition

INFILLING means the development of new residences to be located between two houses which are located on the same side of a public road and which are separated by a distance of not more than 100 metres.
INFILLING means development on previously undeveloped lots, generally bounded by existing development on adjacent sides.
INFILLING designation shall mean that the permitted uses of land shall be limited to residential uses, home occupations, and bed and breakfast establishments. The only type of residential use permitted shall be single- detached dwellings.
