Inferred definition

Inferred or “Inferred Mineral Resource”) (“Probable” or “Probable Mineral Reserve”) is that part of a mineral resource for which quantity and grade or quality are estimated on the basis of limited geological evidence and sampling. The level of geological uncertainty associated with an inferred mineral resource is too high to apply relevant technical and economic factors likely to influence the prospects of economic extraction in a manner useful for evaluation of economic viability. Because an inferred mineral resource has the lowest level of geological confidence of all mineral resources, which prevents the application of the modifying factors in a manner useful for evaluation of economic viability, an inferred mineral resource may not be considered when assessing the economic viability of a mining project, and may not be converted to a mineral reserve. is the economically mineable part of an indicated and, in some cases, a measured mineral resource. (“Proven” or “Proven Mineral Reserve”) is the economically mineable part of a measured mineral resource and can only result from conversion of a measured mineral resource. The Company released an amended and restated technical report on Form 10-K/A with a revised report date of February 2, 2024, report date of May 11, 2023, and report effective date of April 1, 2023 (the “Amended Initial Assessment Report”). The purpose of the Amended Initial Assessment Report is to support the disclosure of mineral resource estimates for the Project. The Amended Initial Assessment Report was prepared in accordance with the SEC’s Mining Disclosure Rules and Regulation S-K Subpart 1300 and Item 601(b)(96) (technical report summary). The Amended Initial Assessment Report is discussed in Business and Properties and incorporated by reference as Exhibit 96.1 to this registration statement. UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED, NOTHING CONTAINED IN THIS PROSPECTUS IS, NOR DOES IT PURPORT TO BE, A TECHNICAL REPORT SUMMARY PREPARED BY A QUALIFIED PERSON PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUBPART 1300 OF SECURITIES EXCHANGE COMMISSION REGULATION S-K. We are an exploration stage company and do not currently have any known mineral reserves and cannot expect to have known mineral reserves unless and until an appropriate technical and economic study is completed for Fort ▇▇▇▇ or any of our other properties that shows Proven or Probable Mineral Reserves as defined by Regulation S-K 1300. We currently do not have any Proven or Probab...

Inferred means deducing, extrapolating a reasoning that is not explicitly stated. Option E is explicitly stated in the sentence “ Involuntary muscles such as the heart or smooth muscles in the gut and vascular system contract as a result of non-conscious brain activity or stimuli endogenous to the muscle itself”, therefore it is not an inferred information. A, B and C are wrong and refuted by the text itself; the only information we can deduce is D.
Inferred means that you determined the materialscreation date based on their content. For example, if you have an undated photograph showing an identified building under construction, you can infer the date of the photograph using the date of the building’s construction.
Inferred means those resources for which tonnage is computed from widely spaced geological measurements, coal seam thickness is assumed and continuity and configuration are inferred from regional mapping. The confidence level for reported inferred tonnage is between 50% and 80%.
