Inferior Performance definition

Inferior Performance means when any of the transport services identified in Exhibit A do not meet the applicable Service Availability Commitment(s). In this event, Exelon will notify Service Provider that Inferior Performance is being experienced on any given circuit and provide Service Provider with a fifteen (15) day cure period. During the cure period, Service Provider will perform a root cause analysis and report its findings to Exelon two (2) weeks thereafter. Service Provider will take any associated corrective action immediately thereafter, or as soon as feasible.

Related to Inferior Performance

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.

  • Underlying Performance means a decimal number calculated by applying the following formula:

  • Index Performance means, in relation to an Index and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be, a percentage calculated by the Calculation Agent in respect of such date in accordance with the following formula:

  • Control Performance Standard or “CPS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the limits of a Balancing Authority’s Area Control Error over a specified time period.
