The Borrower shall: (a) not later than March 31, 2003, submit to the National Assembly a cadastre law - satisfactory to the Association - providing, inter alia, for the admissibility of parcel boundaries recorded by INETER as legal boundaries and the integration of Cadastre and Registry data; and (b) not later than one month after the Effective Date, adopt simplified procedures - satisfactory to the Association - for land titling under Part C.2 (a) (i) of the Project.
